1. Who we are
These terms apply to business inquiries and services offered by Mullefun v/ Mads Yhde (Mullefun), CVR 25642597, VAT DK25642597, Borrebyvej 29, 2700 Brønshøj, Denmark. Registered activity: Video Game Publisher (Udgivelse af videospil).
Contact: help@mullefun.com
2. Scope
These terms govern use of https://mullefun.com and non-binding publishing inquiries sent to help@mullefun.com. They do not replace a signed publishing or distribution agreement for any specific game or project.
3. Services
Mullefun provides B2B video game publishing support (release coordination, distribution operations, publisher administration, and related services). Exact scope, deliverables, territories, platforms, and timelines are defined only in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
4. Inquiries and proposals
Information on this website is general. Emails and introductory calls do not create a binding contract. We may decline projects at our discretion. Any quote or statement of work is valid only if confirmed in writing and signed (or otherwise expressly accepted in writing) by both parties.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, revenue shares, advances, invoicing intervals, and payment terms are agreed in the project contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices are exclusive of VAT and third-party platform or certification costs.
6. Intellectual property
Each party retains its pre-existing IP. Ownership of game IP, trademarks, and publishing rights remains with the rights holder unless a written agreement states otherwise. No license is granted by browsing this website or sending an unsolicited inquiry.
7. Confidentiality
Non-public information shared during evaluations will be handled confidentially and used only to assess a potential publishing relationship, unless disclosure is required by law or already public.
8. Warranties and liability
The website and general descriptions are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by Danish law, we disclaim implied warranties for website content. Our liability arising from a signed project agreement is limited as set out in that agreement; otherwise our aggregate liability for website use is limited to direct losses caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Danish law. Courts in Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules if applicable.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy policy.
