This policy describes how we process personal data when you visit https://mullefun.com, contact us by email, or interact with optional advertising measurement on this site. It applies to visitors in the EU/EEA, including Denmark.

- Website and server data: IP address, browser type, device information, date/time of access, pages viewed, and referring URL, processed in server and security logs.
- Communication data: email address, name, and any information you include when you email help@mullefun.com.
- Advertising measurement (only if you consent): Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) may collect page activity, pseudonymous identifiers, IP address, and cookies such as
_uetsid,_uetvid, and related Microsoft advertising cookies, plus Microsoft Click ID (msclkid) when present in the URL. - Consent records: your cookie choice stored locally in your browser.
4. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
- Operate and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in reliable, secure hosting).
- Respond to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) for general correspondence).
- Advertising measurement and campaign analytics (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent via our cookie banner; UET is not activated for advertising cookies unless you choose “Accept all”).

5. Recipients and processors
We use hosting and infrastructure providers (currently Vercel Inc.) to deliver this website. They process personal data on our instructions as processors. If you consent to advertising cookies, Microsoft processes data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
6. International transfers
Processors may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
7. Retention
- Server logs: typically up to 90 days unless needed longer for security investigations.
- Email correspondence: for the duration of the business relationship and as required by Danish bookkeeping and limitation rules.
- UET/advertising data: per Microsoft Advertising retention (commonly up to 390 days for UET event data; see Microsoft documentation).
- Consent choice: until you clear site data or change preferences.
8. Your rights
